How to Reach Us

Open Zeitly and follow these steps:

1. Tap the Messages tab at the bottom
2. Tap Support & Feedback at the top of the list
3. Choose a category (Bug, Feature idea, Question, or Other)
4. Write your message and tap Send

We typically respond within 24 hours.

Common Questions

How do time credits work?
You start with 5 credits. Helping someone for 1 hour earns you 1 credit. Requesting help costs 1 credit per hour. Activities are free.

How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → scroll down → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.

Who can use Zeitly?
Zeitly is currently available to students at the University of St. Gallen.
