Zeitly is a time-exchange marketplace that allows users to offer and receive services using time credits. One time credit equals one hour of service. Zeitly is operated from St. Gallen, Switzerland.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zeitly mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zeitly. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Zeitly operates on a time credit system. New users receive 5 time credits upon joining. Credits are earned by providing services and spent by receiving them.
Zeitly facilitates connections between users who wish to exchange services. We are not a party to any exchange between users and are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any service offered or received through the platform.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Zeitly (messages, reviews, service descriptions, photos). By submitting content, you grant Zeitly a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably consider harmful to the community.
If a dispute arises between users regarding an exchange, Zeitly may, at its discretion, assist in mediation but is under no obligation to do so. Zeitly's decision in any dispute is final with respect to credit adjustments on the platform.
Zeitly is not liable for any loss arising from a dispute between users, including loss of time, money, or opportunity.
To the fullest extent permitted under Swiss law, Zeitly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed CHF 100.
You may delete your account at any time through the app. Upon deletion, your profile and content will be removed from public view. Residual data may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion, except where retention is required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
